The Villa dates back to the ’30s and is surrounded by an extensive land of 7,000 square meters of lawn and wood from which you can enjoy a splendid view of Mount Baldo, Lake Garda and Sirmione.

Casa Laiti
Casa Laiti is the complete reconstruction of a previous mountain village house. It is located opposite Villa Manerba with a splendid view of the lake and the broad Garda hinterland. The house is a short walk from the center of Spiazzi di Monte Baldo. Newly built it is in a refined country style with a large terrace.
Its recent construction characterizes its great comfort.

SPIAZZI
Halfway between the lake and the mountains, Spiazzi has always been a starting point for excursions on foot or by bicycle, as well as a pilgrimage destination to the Sanctuary of the Madonna della Corona, a splendid Gothic-style church set in the rocks of the Val d’Adige and reachable by an easy path from the center of Spiazzi in 20 minutes.
With restaurants, bars and pizzerias the center of this town can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes as well as the market, bakery and newsagent services.
